OPEN GARAGE DOOR TRAINING SEASON IS MY FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR! I hope you're getting outside as the weather warms up!

App Updates:
Training Intention - Starting this Spring/Summer, you will start getting the training intention to each cycle and the Weekly Why delivered in the app!

What's New for Members:  Each month I will share a topic of importance, updates and more!
Monthly Calls for all JBC Members! This is where it all connects. Having community when you're remote is incredibly helpful, whether you're all going semi solo working out at home or in your local gym, or JBC ;) connecting with me and with each other is a way to keep accountable, ask questions, hang out with like minded people going through the same struggles, and talk about the programming and why behind these awful, wonderful movements!
We train in cycles, and with warmer weather, we're getting out more and I want you to be ready for it! Our Spring/Summer/Fall cycles are shorter with a longer strength focus in winter.

The current cycle is shifting next week to get ready for MURPH! While we will occasionally dip into the CrossFit style training, we're moving beyond it with a balanced approach to training that prepares you for the unknown while leaving some gas in the tank for the rest of what life demands of you. What a great time to join us!

New Class Time: I'm going back to the office part time meaning I'll need to be training early in the morning again to ensure I get it done! This also means that there is room for 1-2 people to join me for training Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri from 6:15-7:30am at a discounted rate!
These spots are best suited for those who know the basics, and you will still receive high quality coaching, but at a faster pace as you'll be training with me, real time. Let me know if you're interested!
