Some truths as we approach the new year: 1. You 100% should be lifting weights and doing high effort workouts. 2. You should be reading more, thinking more, scrolling less. 3. You should be connecting with people not screens. 4. You should be eating less processed food and more natural food. 5. You should be chasing 7 + hours of sleep like it stole your lunch. The rest is noise and distractions from the focus (and influencers hocking their wares) Buuutt Tara, what about my macros, my 10k steps a day, and my fish oil!?!??! Noise.
