2026 - ARE YOU READY FOR IT?!?! WE ARE - JOIN US!

   Some truths as we approach the new year: 1. You 100% should be lifting weights and doing high effort workouts.  2. You should be reading more, thinking more, scrolling less. 3. You should be connecting with people not screens. 4.  You should be eating less processed food and more natural food.   5. You should be chasing 7 + hours of sleep like it stole your lunch. The rest is noise and distractions from the focus (and influencers hocking their wares) Buuutt Tara, what about my macros, my 10k steps a day, and my fish oil!?!??! Noise. Until you're doing the 5 things consistently, not much else is going to move the needle. You gotta get the basics down to habit, only then should you go after fringe benefits. Are you ready to focus? New Years Coming - For you and Jordan's Barbell Club!

Since 2013, I've been working to help you find the "thing" that found me. The "thing" that changed me from a person sewed to my couch to a person who trains. Running a small gym has been a tremendous joy for me professionally and personally. I have learned so much about myself, but more importantly, about women. Over the past 12 years, I've witnessed changes in the atmosphere. Women are treated as opportunities, money making opportunities - that hasn't changed and frankly it's exhausting.   I've realized that in the 4 walls of the hill-jacked garage gym I can only reach 6-10 women and whoever follows my meanderings on social media and I'm looking for something bigger. Women need something bigger. Starting January 1st Jordan's Barbell Club evolves - again! I hope you will join me!
