Why JBC Remote Programming?

We wanted to offer a program that enables individuals to train safely, affordably, and conveniently anywhere with full or limited equipment. We want to provide solid programming to anyone that works out regularly and has up to an hour to train 3-5 days a week.

What does this program look like?

Most days will include a traditional workout for time or AMRAP, there will also be strength training 2-3 days/week. Each day’s workout includes warmups, mobility, strength and conditioning. Each daily workout has notes and videos that clearly explain the intended outcome, target scores, time caps, movement explanation, scaling options and more. Every minute of the program is laid out so you can get in and out of your training session efficiently!

 Who is this program for?

JBC Remote Coaching is for individuals who can do most basic movements included in typical CrossFit programming and have most of the equipment listed below.

We also offer adjustments for Body Weight and/or Dumbbell training!

 How long will it take each day?

30-60 minutes depending on your program! We promise. Everyday.

How many workouts are there each week?

We provide programming for 5 Workouts a week! Following a schedule of 5 days on and 2 days “off”, you train 2-3 days and take a day off - but the schedule is flexible so you train when you want, rest when you need. Workouts are posted Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. You can move workouts around to fit your schedule each week! 

What equipment do I need?

We have Body Weight Program so technically; you can get in AWESOME SHAPE with absolutely no equipment. 

We recommend:
Dumbbells – up to 50#
Jump Rope
Pull Up Bar or Suspension Trainer
Medball
Box or Bench

Optional Items to max out your program:
Barbell & Bumper Plates (45s-35s-25s-15s-10s-5s)
Slamball
Rings 
Rack (only for heavy squats/presses)

Rower and/or assault bike (optional)

Why JBC Remote Coaching?

This is where you're ready to dive in, but need some guidance and access to equipment.  I will help you secure equipment or DIY alternatives for remote with access to your coach so you make progress! 

Remote Coaching includes:

Open Gym Access by appointment (no crowds)- so there are no excuses, you have access to all our equipment and additional accountability.

Access to our CrossFit Level 2 Trainer is the difference – we work together to customize your programming getting you to your best level of personal fitness!

What should I do if I want more of a challenge?

This is where having a Coach beats online programming only – All workouts can be scaled up to meet you where you are and take you where you want to go!

Competitor programming can be added on to your program at your request!

What about motivation, guidance, COACHING?

JBC Remote Coaching includes your Train Heroic account for JBC Athlete online fitness community, tracking workouts, and logging results! I know when you’re training and when you’re not! We check in as a group and individually - regularly plus you have access to our FB Group Page and SnapChat Group connecting you to the Garage Gym Athletes who are training with you under the same circumstances!

Programming Only via App - $50/month recurring*

Remote Coaching with Open Gym Access - $75/month recurring*

*All memberships are payable in advance on a month to month basis requiring a 30 day cancellation notice - with final bill prorated from date of cancellation notice receipt.
